By purchasing services on our platforms (rsdominios.do, rsdominios.com, rsdomainstore.com), you accept that the processing of your requests is done in an automated manner to ensure the immediate availability of your digital resources.

2. Specific Policy by Service

A. Domain Registration

• Irreversibility of Registration: Once a domain name has been registered and activated in the central registries of ICANN, the process is irreversible. Because the domain name is assigned to its owner and reserved in the global Internet infrastructure through our authorized systems, it is not possible to cancel the registration or request a refund of the payment once the transaction is completed.

• Verification: It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of the domain name (spelling and extension) before confirming their purchase.

B. Hosting and SSL Certificates

• Warranty Period: We offer a satisfaction guarantee of 7 days (e.g., 7 or 15 days) from the initial contracting date for hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you can request a cancellation.

• SSL Certificates: Given that SSL certificates are digital assets with immediate validity and linked to a unique identity, once issued and validated by the certifying authority, they are only eligible for a refund during the first 7 days.

• Renewals: Service renewals (hosting, domains, or SSL) are non-refundable once processed, as the service is automatically extended in the wholesale provider’s system.

3. Refund Request Procedure

If your request complies with our policies, the procedure is as follows:

1. Notification: You must submit a ticket through our support panel indicating the invoice number and the reason for cancellation within the allowed timeframe, or alternatively, send an email to info@rsdominios.do

2. Review: Our technical team will review if the service is eligible for a refund according to our providers’ policies and our internal rules.

3. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed through the same original payment method (PayPal or Azul Dominicana, CardNET, etc.).

   • Note: Crediting times depend exclusively on your banking institution or payment processor.

   • Administrative fees: We reserve the right to apply an administrative fee of 6% to cover non-recoverable commissions from the payment gateways

4. Cancellations due to Breach (Acceptable Use)

Rodriguez Santos Soluciones Web, SRL reserves the right to cancel any service immediately and without the right to a refund if misuse of the platform is detected, including, but not limited to:

• Activities such as phishing, massive spam, or hosting of illegal content.

• Breach of the acceptable use policies dictated by our wholesale provider (Hosting Concepts B.V.).

• Any activity that compromises the integrity of our infrastructure or that of third parties.

5. Cardholder Responsibility

By making a payment through Azul Dominicana, PayPal, or CardNET, etc., you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card or account used. The opening of unjustified or fraudulent disputes (chargebacks) will result in the immediate suspension of all associated services, without prejudice to the legal actions that our company may undertake to recover the funds and costs associated with such disputes.
