Recurring Payments Management (Tokenization): To facilitate the automatic renewal of services without compromising security, we use Tokenization (Data Vault) technology provided by AZUL. Instead of sensitive banking data, our database only stores a unique identifier (Token). This Token is an alphanumeric code that allows us to request charges previously authorized by the user, without having access to the real card number.
Direct Transmission: All transactional information is transmitted directly from the user’s browser to the secure infrastructure of AZUL, either through the use of our integrated payment page or through encrypted API protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher), ensuring that sensitive data never resides on our servers.

3. Encryption and Technical Protection

All communication between our websites and the processing servers is done using high-security SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. We implement security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, manipulation, or loss, with continuous monitoring of our security configurations.

As a merchant affiliated with AZUL, we strictly abide by the security standards and best practices of e-commerce:

All personnel with administrative access to our platform have restricted privileges and strict guidelines regarding the handling of information.
Our management systems (such as WHMCS) are configured to operate exclusively using the Tokens provided by AZUL, avoiding any exposure of our cardholders’ financial information.
